Becoming a Community Health Center

Archived webinar (March 2017). This interactive webinar will provide information on the 19 requirements that organizations must have in place to become a community health center. We will also highlight one CBO’s transition to becoming an FQHC. As each requirement is explained, questions for consideration will be posed for community-based organizations contemplating if this model would be a good fit for their organization.
